Download the free Adobe Acrobat software to view and print documents that contain PDF files (Portable Document Format). PDF(Portabe Document Format) files can be displayed and printed from any computer - Macintosh(R), Windows(R), DOS, or UNIX(R) - regardless of the fonts or software programs used to create the original.

Use of a "high speed" broadband (DSL or cable) connection is HIGHLY recommended when accessing the Application system in particular, because of the large amount of data that will be sent back and forth through the available band-width. In addition, the Application system has been encrypted, which creates additional processing overhead.

Please also note that Local "proxies", or firewalls have, on very rare occasions (depending on settings), blocked end-users from being able to access these applications.  If you click on one of the links and your system seems to “hang” or a page comes back blank, please check with your local Network administrator for a temporary override of your proxy or firewall in order to see if it clears up the problem.
